Primary Responsibilities and Work Activities

Riggers will inspect lifting accessories such as slings, shackles, and other equipment before use, follow site safety requirements, and coordinate with supervisors and crane operators during lifting activities. They must understand hand signals, lifting plans, and safe working practices to prevent accidents and maintain smooth site operations.
Level 3 riggers are generally expected to handle more complex lifting activities, supervise rigging teams when required, and ensure that lifting operations are performed according to project standards.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, or mechanical project environments. Applicants should possess valid certification and practical knowledge of rigging operations.
