Construction Roles and Work Responsibilities
Labour workers will generally support daily project activities, including material handling, site preparation, cleaning, loading and unloading, and assisting skilled tradesmen. Carpenters may be responsible for formwork, measurements, cutting, assembling wooden structures, and other carpentry-related duties according to project requirements.
Steel Fixers will handle reinforcement work, including cutting, bending, positioning, and tying steel bars used in concrete structures. Scaffolders will be involved in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while following required site safety procedures.
Electricians will perform electrical-related work according to their assigned project duties. This may include installation, cable work, equipment connections, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Workers in every category are expected to follow instructions from supervisors and comply with workplace safety procedures.
Eligibility and Required Documents
