Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to approved safety procedures. The role includes inspecting scaffolding materials, ensuring proper installation, maintaining safe access platforms, and coordinating with site supervisors and safety teams.
Candidates must ensure that scaffolding systems are stable, secure, and suitable for the required work activities. Knowledge of safe working practices and proper handling of scaffolding equipment is necessary for this position.
The Fire Watcher will monitor hot work activities, including welding, cutting, and grinding operations. Responsibilities include checking work areas for fire hazards, maintaining fire safety equipment availability, observing surrounding conditions during and after hot work, and immediately reporting unsafe situations.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants for the Scaffolder position must have valid TUV certification and relevant industrial experience. Candidates should understand scaffolding safety requirements and be capable of working in a structured project environment.
Fire Watcher applicants should have experience in industrial site safety practices and awareness of fire prevention procedures. The position requires alertness, responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions from safety supervisors.
